1. Do I need to have an account to order?
Nope! You can totally order as a guest - no handshake or secret password required.
BUT, if you create an account, you unlock cool perks like:
- Faster checkout (your pet’s impatience will thank you),
- Order tracking and history,
- First dibs on new products and special deals,
- Exclusive discounts, because you’re basically part of our VIP (Very Important Pet-parent) club.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept pretty much everything short of belly rubs: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal - all good!
Sorry, dog treats and hairballs are not valid payment methods (yet).
3. How secure is my online order?
Super secure. Like “Fort Knox" but with more paw prints.
Your payment info is SSL-encrypted (that’s geek speak for “really safe”) and goes straight to our payment provider.
We never store your card info, because we’d rather store cute pet photos instead.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
Our prices are in USD, but don’t worry... if your debit or credit card are in another currency, your card provider will do the math using the day’s exchange rate. We have no idea how they do it, but it usually works out just fine. No calculators or math headaches required!
5. How should I enter my order information?
Please keep it in English, nice and simple.
No fancy characters, emojis 🐶, or ancient runes; our system gets a little confused and we don’t want your package ending up in Narnia.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has NOT been processed yet, we can maybe help. Please contact us.
But once it’s packed and shipped, it’s out of our paws 🐾 and racing to your address like a dog chasing a squirrel.
Moral of the story: double-check your address before ordering!
7. How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you are in the world! Some places are super quick, some take a little longer (especially if your pet lives in a castle on a hill).

8. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a link with a tracking number, so you can stalk your package like your cat stalks the laser pointer.
9. Can my pet sign for the package?
We wish. Your pet can’t legally sign, but they will be the first to greet the package, sniff it, and possibly claim it as their own before you even open it.
