Look, we get it... Sometimes your dog gives you that look or your cat side-eyes you like you’ve ruined their life (again).
If your pet isn’t thrilled with their new goodies, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
The Basics

You have 30 days from the delivery day to return unused, unopened items.
If your pet hasn’t slobbered on it or destroyed it in a wild zoomies episode, we’ll happily take it back. -
Refunds go back to your original payment method, so you can re-spend it on more snacks...

Opened treats (because… hygiene, ew),

Chewed-up toys (you’d be surprised what we’ve seen),

Items that have been worn, torn, or “tested” by your pet in the backyard jungle.

Contact us with your order number and a brief note.

We’ll send you the return instructions.

Ship it back, and once we confirm it’s still in “brand new, not mauled” condition, we'll process your refund.
