We know... Your dog is camped out by the door and your cat is giving you the side-eye every time you check the mailbox.
That's why we do our best to process your order as fast as possible. However, sometimes it might take a couple of days before we are able to ship it, especially when Pongo and Bella are not around and working on their suntan.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a link with a tracking number, so you can stalk your package like your cat stalks the laser pointer.

If your package crosses borders, customs might get their paws 🐾 on it and can stretch delivery times a little or even apply custom fees or taxes (depending on your country’s rules - sadly, we have zero control over that).
Package NOT Here Yet?
Assuming the shipping address you entered during checkout is correct, if the tracking shows "Delivered", but your doorstep is suspiciously empty, then:
- Look around your property - couriers play hide and seek sometimes.
- Check with your neighbors - maybe Cooper next door had an eye on the package...
- Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll go full detective mode 🕵️to track it down.
Lost packages make us just as sad as your pet when you say "no more treats," so we’ll work with you to make it right.
Tracking Your Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your pet’s goodies every step of the way.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us!
